Dr. Cheryl LeJewell Jackson
Hi there! I am Cheryl Jackson. When I first heard the statistics that 90% of Americans are unfulfilled, and only 13% of people worldwide are engaged, it made me sad. Now, it makes me mad. In a world where most of us can do anything we want, why are we so disengaged? With the cost of disengagement topping $500 billion, organizations are spending additional billions trying to figure out how to recoup some of those losses.
As an industrial-organizational psychologist with 15 years helping Fortune 50 organizations thrive through engagement, clarity, and leadership, I have learned that the key to employee success at work is showing them how to develop the skill of engagement across every area of their lives, not just at work.
Resarch supports that fulfillment in one area of life will spill-over into all areas of life, and the skill of engagement will transfer as well. As a wife, mom, employee, and entrepreneur, my goal is to teach professional women how to live better, work better, and lead better by helping them find alignment across all areas of their lives.
